Dear guests! To make sure you get most out of your stay with us, we are happy to offer you a wide range of services both in our apartments and throughout the residential complex “Ideal House”.
Each apartment is cleaned and bed sheets are changed once in four days if you stay for 7 days or more. Enjoy pleasant complementaries including unlimited WiFi, bathing kits, slippers, drinking water, tea, coffee, sugar. At no extra charge, go swimming in the heated outdoor swimming pool, walk along the spacious terraces, spend time with your children in the playground adjacent to the residential complex.
Upon request, we will arrange transfer from and back to the airport/railway station. You can bring along your pet at additional 500 rubles per day, as long as you follow simple rules of health safety and hygiene.
For an extra fee, you can take advantage of infrastructure of the residential complex “Ideal House”, which includes:

Swissôtel Kamelia
For several years now, we have been partnering with Swissôtel Sochi Resort Kamelia to allow our guests the best possible experience. Nestled amidst lavish greenery, the hotel is 2 minutes’ walk to a spectacular Black Sea beach. The spot is also ideal for long walks, jogging and bicycle rides. There is a free open parking in the lower level of the park. A true gem of the hotel is a two-tiered sand VIP beach with its many offerings:
